Blue pill, brown pill, white pill.

None of them seem to help. My mouth is so sore and nothing but ice seems to help. I left work early for a dentist appointment. Just a simple cleaning, of which I don’t mind. I was afraid of the dentist when I was little, but now I’m like the best patient. Anyway back to the story; I had laid there for quite a while with everything ok. At the very end the lady was flossing my teeth blah blah fun stuff I know. My six front bottom teeth are all bonded to a permanent retainer that I’ve had for five years now. She was flossing between the last two teeth when the string got caught on the wire (as it usually does). She gave a little tug, but it didn’t let go, so the pulled a little harder, next thing I know *snap crack and pop* (no not the cereal) she broke the damn thing off the back of my teeth. It was only being held on by the farthest two right teeth. The dentist ended up just cutting the wire off, then breaking the rest loose and scraping all the epoxy off my teeth. It didn’t really hurt much at the time, but they hurt like a bitch now. They won’t be able to put a new one in until Tuesday next week. It feels so strange having smooth teeth now. I just hope they don’t shift or move this week while I’m waiting on my new one.

I was bad, and never wore my upper removable retainer, thats why I wanted a bonded one for the bottom. My upper teeth haven’t shifted too much over the past five years, so its not a big deal, but the bottom ones are perfect and I don’t want them to go all over the place. Looks like I’ll be eating pudding for a week since I’m all paranoid.

So thats my story and I’m sticking to it!

Anothing Dollar

Sunday, January 14th, 2007

Today has been a boring day thus far at work. We haven’t been busy at all like I would have expected. Lesley has been in the hospital so she couldn’t work today with me. From what I’m getting it was anaphylaxis, which isn’t something you can really predict, so its all good. She’s doing better from what her mom said. I’ve been afraid to really start any projects, I know as soon as I do a swarm of people will come in. So I’m just taking it easy today. I am somewhat hungry though, and unfortunately since it is Sunday, Chick-fil-a is closed. =( No chicken for me today. I only have an hour and fifteen minutes before i can go home. It is going to drag so slow. Oh and just so you know, I created an account on Stickam so check around and see if I’m online and broadcasting from time to time. For now I guess I’ll just go back to being bored.

A Loving Farewell

Thursday, September 14th, 2006

I’d like to take a moment to dedicate this post to Lady “Roxanne.” She passed away this early morning in my arms. After multiple seizures and becomming non-responcive to medication, she passed on. Hopefully now being pain free, and happy she’ll live on in memory and in spirit. Her yelps and growls will be remembered in the walls of this home, along with the pitter-patter of her little feet across the tile. Mommy, Daddy, and your brother will all miss you, and we love you greatly. Goodbye baby girl.

Roxanne: April 8, 1998 – September 14, 2006

**edit: I woke up this morning crying again. I opened the blinds behind the bed, and looked out into the front yard. The sun is out, and its a beautiful day, the birds are even singing. Which is completely opposite for the dreary weather yesterday. The alarm was going off with the radio playing DJ Sammy – Were In Heaven, followed by Nickelback – Far Away. I can’t help but think its a sign, that she’s in a happier place now. I know I did everything I could for her, so did the hospital. I just can’t keep from crying everything i see her dog bowls in the kitchen, or her blanket, even dog the dog crap in the yard. I’ll never get to her the click-click of her little feet on the floor, or see her little smiling curious eyes. I guess there is just a life-lesson here, to love everything as if it will be gone tomorrow.**

Misadventures of the day

Thursday, September 7th, 2006

So I feel like shit today. The fumes from the fire fucked up my sinus’ last night. My nose is all runny, and my throat is scratchy. I took some benadryl this morning and some Tylenol. All it has seemed to do is make me sleepy.

When I get home from school I am going to change Aaron’s oil. The computer says its still good, but with out knowing what type and kind of oil are in him I would feel much better changing it now.

I need to go by the student accounts office after class and see if they have refunded my tuition money yet. I received a FAFSA letter in the mail the other day telling me how much scholarship money I have this year. I need that $800 back from the school to pay off my American Express (of which has my tuition on it).

Well I better get back to class!

Caffe Intermezzo sucks ass, and hires rude forigners who tip themselves.

My nipple(s) still hurt. (thank you Jamie)

It’s all Pip’s fault.

Glowing

Saturday, June 3rd, 2006

So I may not be glowing just yet but I’m certainly radiating heat. Evil sun… Yes if you haven’t figured it out I am sun burnt. We had lots of fun on the beach in the short time we were out there. All the sea weed is still in the ocean but we went out quite a ways past it, and got waved. We then came in and showered off the sand, changed clothes and went out lunch hunting. After scouring the island we discovered there is no chick-fil-a anymore. We stopped at one of the four hundred subways and had the usual. Little Caesar’s will be the choice for food tonight. Pizza and Beer, sounds like a Panama City Vacation to me. My aloe-vera is finally starting to soak in, and I’m not as sticky. Better put some clothes on and grab some pizza.
